Artwork Guidelines

File Formats

We recommend submitting print-ready materials in vector formats such as PDF, EPS, AI, or CDR. The more finalised your artwork is, the faster we can complete your order. Vector graphics allow for easy modification of shape (e.g., rotation) and size (scaling) without losing quality or becoming pixelated.

Fonts

Our embroidery software includes a selection of built-in fonts. Please contact your sales representative for more information. Fonts not included in our embroidery software must be converted to outlines (paths), or you may alternatively provide the font file.

If you are using office software (e.g., Word or PowerPoint), we recommend embedding the fonts in the file. This can be done during saving by selecting the option “Embed fonts in the file.”

Resolution

For embroidery, a JPEG file with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi is sufficient. If only text is to be embroidered on the product, please specify the desired text (font style). Our sales team will assist you with any artwork-related questions during the ordering process, and we always provide a proof before production begins.

If you prefer to leave artwork preparation to a professional, you can order our artwork processing service when placing your order. At the same time, we will store your logo and fonts in our system to make future orders quick and easy.
