What is the difference between printing and embroidery?
With printing, the logo is applied directly to the surface of the garment or product. Printing is also suitable for more detailed logos. With embroidery, the logo is stitched directly onto the fabric.
Is there a price difference between printing and embroidery?
Yes. Printing is generally slightly more affordable. The price of embroidery is based on the number of stitches required.
Can my logo be modified?
Yes, simple modifications can be made, such as changing the colour of the logo.
Can I request a quote for the products?
Yes. To prepare an accurate quote, we need as much information as possible, including the required quantities, your approximate budget and the types of products you are interested in.
Will I receive product proofs before the products are branded?
Yes. We can provide up to two proofs free of charge. Additional proofs are subject to a fee. Proofs for customer-supplied products can also be provided by separate agreement.

What is a vector logo?
A vector logo is a fully scalable and editable logo file. Common vector file formats include PDF, SVG, EPS and AI. These formats can be used directly in the production process.
What are your delivery times?
The typical delivery time is approximately one week. However, the exact delivery time depends on the products, order quantity and branding methods required.
Can I order individual products?
Most of our products do not have a minimum order quantity. Please contact us to confirm the requirements for a specific product.
Can I receive sample garments for fitting?
Yes. Sample garments can be provided for fitting by prior arrangement.
Can you add branding to products supplied by the customer?
Yes, provided that the product is suitable for branding. A handling fee of €25.00, excluding VAT, is charged per order for customer-supplied products.
