Together, we select a product assortment that fits your organization. Catalogs can be tailored by user role, task, or team – as detailed as needed. - Framework Agreement
We align on practical matters: delivery methods, timelines, administrative procedures, and collaboration rules – ensuring a clear and smooth partnership. - Portal Setup (3 business days)
The SBX team prepares your custom X-Press Service portal. This includes uploading products, setting up users, and implementing any inventory features. - Training
We train your key users – although the system is very intuitive, we still provide thorough onboarding support. Training can also be done remotely or via video. - You’re Ready to Order!
